Production Design Coordinator (New York)

Our client, a successful apparel company, is looking for a Production Design Coordinator to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain tech packs, art packs, pitch sheets, and branding files for licensed products.
• Liaise between Design, Production, PD, Spec, and Licensing teams to ensure accurate and timely information reaches factories.
• Prepare buy boards, concept submissions, and recommendations on colors, sizing, and techniques.
• Track design deliverables and maintain organized, up-to-date project files.
