  • Responsibilities :
  • As an HVAC Installer, your key responsibilities will include :

  • Removing old HVAC systems
  • Installing new HVAC systems
  • Performing regular maintenance on installed systems
  • Providing guidance and training to junior team members
  • Communicating effectively with clients and customers
  • Managing equipment inventory and placing orders as needed
  • Ensuring all installations comply with local HVAC codes
  • Installing and running pipe and duct systems in residential settings
  • Reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams
  • Applying knowledge of refrigeration cycles
  • Analyzing technical data such as pressure and temperature readings
  • Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues
  • Conducting system maintenance tasks, including cleaning, adjustments, repairs, and warranty work
  • Requirements :
  • To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications :

  • Completion of HVAC vocational courses, apprenticeship, or formal training
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • A valid EPA Universal HVAC license
  • A valid driver's license
  • A strong understanding of modern refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning principles
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A dependable and self-motivated work ethic
  • The ability to work effectively in confined spaces
  • Successful completion of drug and background screening
  • Comfort and proficiency with computers, tablets, cell phones, and Google Workspace applications
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Bilingual skills are considered a plus
