Compensation : $50,000 - $60,000

Key Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper Role :

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

The Bookkeeper will reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial statements

Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Prepare reports for management review

The Bookkeeper will assist with payroll processing as needed

Support month-end and year-end closing procedures

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications of the Bookkeeper Role :

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Bookkeeper certification preferred
