• Manage night shifts (Sun-Thurs 7p-7a) and available weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 7a-7p).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in on-call duties as required.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
