Position Description
We are looking for a passionate cyclist to lead our Road bike team who will report to the VP of Product. This person will define the vision of our Road, Gravel, and Triathlon products that our riders and retailers love. This dream job manages all of the Road business, from strategy and conception through design, development, and product launch. In addition, this position will lead varying activities that support the Road bike business as a whole.
Beyond leadership of the Road category, this role will also direct and manage Trek's premium custom bike program Project One, including defining the program design, product offering, and overall customer experience.
