The Work

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. This program finance position will lead a small portfolio of Department of Defense contracts. The successful candidate will oversee the work of 1-2 junior analysts and serve as the primary finance leader for all contracts within the portfolio. The successful candidate will serve as a cost volume lead for new business pursuits within the financial portfolio, ensuring compliant submissions and leading business strategy discussions.

This position is located in Hanover, MD. Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD TS / SCI w / Poly SP Security Clearance. US Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications

• 8-12 years of prior financial analyst experience with at least 3 years of experience leading a federal contract - Previous employment as a program finance analyst, cost analyst or pricing analyst - Experience supporting monthly financial metric variance analysis - Experience supporting quarterly Contract Status Reviews - Experience supporting quarterly Balance Sheet reviews - Experience supporting annual Long Range Planning for Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash Flow - Experience with financial modeling - Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude; ability to develop effective relationships to accomplish team goals - Position will require in-office support +2 days per week in Hanover, MD. Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD TS / SCI w / Poly SP Security Clearance. US Citizenship is required.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position : 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
