Position : Information Systems Analyst Operations

Location : Commerce, California (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Infor CloudSuite in operations (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, procurement).
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, identify system improvements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Configure, test, and implement enhancements, modules, and integrations within the Infor environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Infor system functionality, data integrity, and performance.
• Support ongoing system maintenance, upgrades, and patch deployments.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure system alignment with business goals.
• Generate and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in managing relationships with Infor support and third-party vendors.
