Senior Vice President (SVP), Business Development Care Integration
The Senior Vice President (SVP), Business Development Care Integration is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for driving strategic growth and expansion across the organization's allied health portfolio, including pharmacy services, medical supply operations, and diagnostic service lines. This role will lead enterprise-wide initiatives to identify new market opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and enhance revenue generation in alignment with the organization's mission, values, and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for allied health services, encompassing pharmacy, medical supply, and diagnostic operations.
2. Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisition opportunities.
3. Oversee contract negotiations with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, suppliers, and diagnostic laboratories.
4. Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.
5. Collaborate with internal departments including Finance, Legal, Compliance, Clinical Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and operational readiness.
6. Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends to ensure business strategies remain compliant and forward-looking.
7. Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate business development outcomes and ROI.
8. Represent the organization at industry conferences, forums, and stakeholder engagements to promote visibility and thought leadership.
9. Provide executive oversight of business development staff and cross-functional project teams.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :
Proven track record of successful strategic partnerships, contract negotiations, and revenue growth initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and compliance standards.
Strong executive presence, communication skills, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Ability to lead complex projects and cross-functional teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Financial acumen and analytical skills to support investment decisions and performance evaluation.
Minimum Education Required :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline required.
Minimum Experience Required :
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare business development, with demonstrated expertise in pharmacy services, medical supply chain, and diagnostic services.

Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred.
