DESCRIPTION:

·20-25 Patients per day (adult only)

·No weekends; No call

·DOT Pre-employment physicals & On the job injuries

·EMR: Occuflex

REQUIRED:

·GA state license; active, unrestricted & DEA

·BLS / CPR Certification

·DOT/NRCME Certificate

·Prescriptive Authority/Delegation Agreement

COMPENSATION:

·Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)

·Malpractice insurance provided

SCHEDULE:

·9am-6pm

·Ongoing and reoccurring coverage needs
