Position Overview

Were seeking a Sales & Community Engagement Representative who is passionate about people, purposeful in their approach, and driven to make a difference. In this role, youll represent Senior Helpers throughout the community building partnerships, generating new business, and connecting families and referral sources with trusted in-home care solutions.

What Youll Do

• Community Engagement : Represent Senior Helpers at local events, networking functions, and healthcare facilities to build awareness and relationships.
• Lead Generation : Identify and nurture potential clients and referral sources through proactive outreach and consistent follow-up.
• Partnership Development : Build strong, lasting connections with hospitals, clinics, senior living communities, and community organizations.
• Marketing & Promotion : Collaborate with leadership to execute outreach campaigns and strengthen our presence across Green Bay and the Fox Cities.
• Data-Driven Strategy : Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust tactics to optimize outreach success.
• Professional Representation : Educate families and partners about our services, ensuring every interaction reflects our compassionate and professional brand.

What Were Looking For

• Education : Bachelors degree in Health Administration, Marketing, Business, Public Health, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Experience : 25 years in sales, business development, or healthcare outreach ideally within senior care or home health.
• Skills : Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Mindset : Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
• Schedule : Full-time availability with occasional evening or weekend events.
• Requirements : Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
