  • Director of Business Development Location : 367 Main Street Oxford, MA 01540 Reports To : Head of Shared Services, MB Corporation Job Overview The Director of Business Development will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO, taking the lead on sourcing, evaluating, and securing opportunities that fuel MB Corporation’s growth — from partnerships and vendor relationships to investments and acquisitions.
  • This role requires a high level of initiative, strong networking skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships that benefit both current operations and future ventures.
  • You will be at the forefront of MB Corporation’s expansion strategy, working closely with leadership across all entities to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and ensure successful integration of new relationships and acquisitions.
  • Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth & Acquisitions Collaborate with the CEO to identify, evaluate, and pursue acquisition targets and new business ventures.
  • Lead due diligence efforts and coordinate with internal teams during acquisition processes.
  • Develop post-acquisition integration plans in partnership with entity leadership.
  • Drive sales growth across all MB Corp entities through strategic initiatives, lead generation, and revenue-building activities.
  • Partnership & Vendor Development Source and negotiate agreements with strategic partners, vendors, and service providers that strengthen MB Corp’s competitive edge.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential partnerships across all industries MB Corp operates in.
  • Lead company sponsorship efforts — identifying, negotiating, and managing sponsorship opportunities that enhance brand visibility and generate revenue.
  • Investment Opportunities Identify and assess potential investment opportunities that align with MB Corp’s strategic vision.
  • Build business cases and ROI projections to support investment decisions.
  • Networking & Relationship Management Represent MB Corp at industry events, conferences, and community functions to build brand presence and expand the company’s professional network.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, referral partners, and industry leaders.
  • Cross-Entity Collaboration Work with leadership in real estate, property management, cleaning services, restaurants, mortgage brokering, and investment divisions to identify synergies and collaborative growth opportunities.
  • Drive cross-promotional initiatives between MB Corp’s entities to maximize revenue potential.
  • Performance Tracking Establish measurable goals for business development activities and track progress toward targets.
  • Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
  • Preferred Skills Experience in one or more of MB Corp’s industries.
  • Existing professional network in Central Massachusetts and / or New England markets.
  • Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions processes.
  • Compensation & Benefits Base pay $40,000-$70,000, depending on experience, plus commission Health, dental, and vision insurance (Day 1 for full-time employees). 401(k) plan with employer match.
