Material Planner

Plans, schedules, and manages the efficient movement of material from receiving or the warehouse to production. Develops raw material requirements and scheduling requirements from engineering specifications and production schedules and plans and manages material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production. May use Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems. May negotiate lead times with suppliers and manage schedules for timely delivery. Also will be tasked with configuration management duties and tasks. Will be participating in weekly meetings for updates and changes to scheduling plans. Will be processing, tracking, and editing change notices. Ensuring Bill of Material is in compliance for audits to meet MMAS requirements.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills :

• Ideally Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience or work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Previous experience in a either material management, production planning or other related field.
• Familiar with operating within Microsoft Office and other computer applications or software.

Pay Information :

Full-Time Salary Range : $66400 - $112880. Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
