Overview :
Provides the leadership, direction and support to cooks, dishwashers and back of house trainers in the successful operation of the restaurant.
Assistant Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications :
- Experience : 4+ years of management in casual dining -full bar
- High-energy, outgoing personality
- People-First Mentality : thrives on a team in growing company to achieve targeted food and labor costs
- Maintains a working knowledge of all recipes, product and production procedures.
- Responsible for ordering all food products according to predetermined product specifications
Assistant Kitchen Manager Preferred Background and Skills :
Manage inventory and warehouse of products.Assistant Kitchen Manager Must Haves :
