Desired Skills / Experience :

• Junior Level Windows Administration Experience including Office365 operations and support with a focus on MS Outlook email support; Experience with Active Directory is
• Experience supporting Microsoft type products : Teams, SharePoint, D365 or similar
• Experience with basic Windows Active Directory Commands (mostly for MS Outlook interfacing)
• Experience supporting external end users that are both technical and non-technical with a focus on both networking and applications support.
