Unify Health Services - Leave and Disability Case Manager, Occupational Health - Menomonee Falls, WI

Shift : Fulltime Monday - Thursday, half day on Friday (onsite) with virtual 24 / 7 on call duties

Role Overview : Join us as a Case Manager, tasked with coordinating and managing all activities related to injured individuals, (workers' compensation, FMLA, leave, disability). Serving as a vital link between the injured party, employer, healthcare providers, health safety and security team, third party administrators, and other stakeholders, this role requires expertise in workers' compensation and disability, potentially encompassing various disciplines such as TPAs, adjustors, client's HSS team, PT, OT, paramedic, ATC, RN, LPN or EMT

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in workers' compensation, mitigating risk, adjuster, claims analyst, FMLA, leave, or disability. Union experience is a bonus!
• Proficiency in navigating EMR software and understanding of HIPAA and Patient Privacy Act preferred
• Background in case management or vocational health
• Familiarity with electronic medical records

Work Environment :

On-site within an industrial setting
