Job Title : Maintenance Technician (SPANISH)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Pay Range : $20.00 $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Expected Hours : 50 65 hours per week

Position Overview :

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and rebuild activities on a variety of mechanical systems, with a particular emphasis on pump systems . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in welding and cutting , strong troubleshooting abilities, and a proven commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.

Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild pump systems (centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, etc.) used in production.

Perform cutting and welding (MIG, TIG, and stick) for equipment fabrication and repair.

Ensure all work complies with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.

Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform root-cause analysis as needed.

Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and achieve operational goals.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shifts as assigned and to work overtime when required.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in mechanical or industrial maintenance preferred.

2 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Solid understanding of pump systems -repair, rebuild, and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in welding and cutting techniques , including proper safety procedures.

Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and workplace organization.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
