We’re a fast-growing, national management company supporting outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics across 25 states with more than 50 partner organizations. Our mission is to help clinics deliver outstanding patient care while we manage the operational and financial backbone. We’re scaling quickly and need a finance and analytics leader who can both set the vision and execute with precision.

This role will play a critical part in how we expand, fund growth, and deliver on our commitments to patients, partners, and employees. You’ll design systems that give leadership the data to act quickly and confidently while ensuring the financial health of the organization.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Accounting and Analytics team members, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and accountability for performance and growth.

Own the integrity of financial statements—ensuring accurate books, timely reporting, and actionable insights for decision-making.

Direct month-end, mid-month, and year-end close processes; manage audits, banking relationships, and compliance matters.

Build, refine, and monitor financial models and dashboards that translate complex data into clear stories and trends.

Partner with the President, COO, and senior leadership on acquisitions, market expansion, and long-term financial planning.

Oversee and develop the finance & analytics team, providing mentorship and leadership to team.

Ensure multi-state healthcare compliance and sound financial practices that align with regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or MBA a plus).

Proven experience in healthcare finance—outpatient, physician practice, or multi-site operations preferred.

Hands-on knowledge of full-cycle accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and using data to drive operational and financial performance.

Adaptable, motivated, and collaborative—able to thrive in a high-growth environment.
