Behavioral Therapist - Clinical Excellence

Required qualifications include a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, and an active license to practice in Oregon. A minimum of 2 years of experience in direct psychotherapy services is preferred, along with proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software applications.

Responsibilities :

Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans

Provide evidence-based therapies to promote positive outcomes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care

Preferred qualifications include experience working with diverse patient populations, as well as expertise in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.

We offer a competitive salary range of $59,500 to $116,600 annually, based on full-time employment. In addition to your salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes :
