Reports to : Chief Communications Officer

Location : Palo Alto / Houston

Role Overview

The Vice President of Corporate Communications is a senior executive responsible for shaping and executing HP’s global communications strategy. This leader will oversee corporate narrative development, CEO and executive communications, media relations, crisis and policy communications, and corporate reputation campaigns. The role is pivotal in advancing HP’s voice on innovation, sustainability, and digital equity, while ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communications Leadership

• Develop and evolve HP’s corporate narrative to reflect its innovation agenda, sustainability leadership, and commitment to digital equity.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on communications strategy and positioning.
• Lead integrated communications campaigns that support HP’s business goals and elevate its global reputation.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $250,000 - $350,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and / or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
