As a Team Lead for Retail Merchandising, you'll play a key role in supporting retailers by creating captivating displays, resetting shelves, and managing inventory. You'll also assist with leadership tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members. Are you ready to make a difference in the shopping landscape?

About You :

  • You are comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can perform physical activities such as moving, bending, standing, and are able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • You have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • You possess 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
  • You have experience in leading and training personnel.
  • You can use a smartphone or tablet to document your work after each shift.
  • You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • You are a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on results.
  • You can work independently but also excel in team environments.
  • You prioritize safety in a retail setting.
