Your Responsibilities :
Oversee admission and discharge processes to ensure a smooth patient experience.Engage in ongoing assessment of the patient care quality in cooperation with the management team.Foster teamwork by collaborating with various experts to improve service outcomes.Promote a patient-first philosophy and implement recovery strategies when needed.Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.Manage staff scheduling to effectively meet patient care needs and maintain productivity.Assist in inventory control and the management of supplies and equipment.Qualifications :
Registered Nurse with a diploma or equivalent.Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.Basic Cardiac Life Support certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.Research Medical Center is a 585+ bed hospital that provides a wide range of medical and health services, including trauma care, women's services, and orthopedic treatments.
