Senior Project Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the implementation of their SaaS product for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation process of the SaaS solution, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables

Facilitate client onboarding sessions and product kick-off meetings to establish goals and expectations

Manage client relationships during high-stakes migrations, ensuring effective communication and planning

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing complex SaaS product implementations

Proven track record of managing end-to-end software implementation projects

Experience in risk management and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and clients in a consultative manner
