Payroll Specialist

About the Company and Opportunity

  • CFS is partnering with a school in Montgomery County to hire a temporary Payroll Specialist to cover for a leave on a contract basis until mid December 2025.
  • This organization offers a great company culture and free lunch!
  • Schedule : Fully on site in Montgomery County, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
  • Pay : $28-30 / hr

Job Duties of the Payroll Specialist :

  • Full Cycle Payroll

    • Semi-monthly - Nov. 15, Nov. 30, Dec. 15, and Dec. 30

  • 180 employees
  • Stipends
  • Assist with open enrollment
  • Ad hoc projects / reporting

    • Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist :

  • 3+ years of payroll experience
  • Experience using Paycom is a must
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Detail-oriented and strong critical thinking skills
