• $75k sign-on bonus : $37,500 at 30 days and $37,500 at 1 year
• Competitive compensation : $500k base, 10% quality metrics bonus, and $10K relocation (if applicable)
• Approximately 50 in-house calls / year, balanced between OB and OR, supported by CRNA / resident
• Ideal candidates : BC / BE within 3 years of residency; new grads welcome; no gaps in CV
• Full medical / dental / vision, malpractice / tail coverage, retirement plan, 6 weeks of PTO and CME time
• Level II trauma center with strong affiliations including Yale and University of Vermont
• The city is in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains
