• Delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in post-acute facilities\n
• Collaborating with care teams to create personalized care plans\n
• Communicating care options to residents, their families, and medical staff\n
• Monitoring vital signs and conducting lab work as required\n
• Administering medications and delivering treatments\n
• Documenting relevant patient information in resident records\n
• Ensuring effective use of medical equipment\n
• Assisting with incident investigations as needed\n
• Complying with laws, regulations, and standards of care\n
• Training nursing professionals and support staff as appropriate\n
• Following and adhering to resident care plans diligently\nQualifications and Skills : \n
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts\n
• At least 6 months of experience as an RN or in a related role\n
• Completion of an accredited nursing program\n
• Strong organizational skills\n
• Effective communication skills throughout medical and nursing teams\n
