Superintendent

The Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of construction processes, particularly in multifamily renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and schedules
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve any issues that arise
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers
