Licensed Occupational Therapist. Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm. National certification as an Occupational Therapist. Caseload : 60-70% outpatient, 30-40% inpatient, swing bed, and home health. Experience with hand therapy preferred, but not required. Must graduate form an AOTA or ACOTE accredited OT program. Must have active licensure in state of CO
