As a Fulfillment Manager, you will lead a team in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment. Your primary focus will be on driving continuous improvement in safety, production, and team performance. You will monitor KPIs and production reports while coaching and developing team members to ensure high standards and reward excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate teams of 50+ employees.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor KPIs and production metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide feedback and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and inventory processes.

Work Environment :

The role operates in a Baltimore warehouse environment, with a 2nd Shift schedule from Monday to Thursday, 3 : 30 PM to 12 AM, and Sunday from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM. The work involves physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Halethorpe, MD.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $36.05 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
