JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY :
Responsible for developing original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers to social media and our brand. Assist with promotions and customer service in various marketing functions as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :
- Provides excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
- Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
- Attentively respond to all good and bad reviews, comments, visitor posts, and messages in a timely manner (within 15 minutes to within the hour).
- Drive customer feedback and content by reaching out to customers for reviews, testimonials, and their experience in the resort.
- Update, maintain, and respond to all reviews on third party websites for all outlets of the resort (Goggle Business, Yelp.com, Tripadvisor.com, etc.)
- Review analytics weekly and make changes in content posting times and material as needed.
- Work with directors of various departments to ensure each area of the property is being represented correctly.
- Create daily engaging content, managing, and maintaining all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Drive client engagement using customer experiences, testimonials, and exciting moments on the property.
- Work with upper marketing management to assure that all media is in sync (i.e. Website, social, print, programing, etc.)
- Learn and understand Everi (slots program) to know locations and be available to take photos of Jackpots.
- Responsible for photographing, editing, uploading, and writing the creative content for promotions, food outlets, winners, hotel specials, bands, and events, being sure to include all departments.
- All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
High School Diploma / GED required. Associate degree preferred. 3+ years of integrated Marketing program development preferred. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo / video / text), presentation and communication skills.
