In our organization, the Manufacturing Assembly Test Tech has a critical and challenging role in helping achieve innovation and meeting our commitments.

POSITION SUMMARY :

Under direct supervision, set up and test production parts as well as Research & Development (R&D) parts for the Aerospace group. Build test fixtures, record data, and review test procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform mechanical assembly of components
• Testing of production parts as required by MIP's.
• Testing of R&D parts as required.
• Build & setup of test equipment.
• Calibrate test gauges and pressure transducers as required to perform production testing
• Generate and maintain various reports concerning production and testing.
• Understand and assist in equipment setup and production support.
• Ensure current testing procedures are being used.
• Coordinate with quality department witness hold points for production testing
• Assist on production floor when required (load / unload molds, load / unload trucks, etc.)
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
