The hours of operation for the practice are Monday through Friday 8 : 00-4 : 30 pm (with some occasional extended hours). There is a shared call rotation (no weekends)

36 clinical hours and 4 admin hours per week + on call

Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the whole family. Provider will be seeing all ages

2+ years of employment experience in Primary Care - REQUIRED

15-20 patients / day

ACO clinical wraparound support services

The selected physician will join an established practice based in a renovated office space

The practice has full medical and administrative support including on site laboratory services

In-network specialist referral

Allows for this provider to practice outpatient prenatal care

EMR : Epic

Not accepting Locums candidates

Not accepting candidates who have lapsed BC and need to obtain again

Not accepting visa candidates
