About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Risk Management Paraprofessional to support a tight-knit team of attorneys and paraprofessionals. This is a fully remote role focused on the preparation and management of complex documentation for clients operating in high-risk environments such as schools, places of worship, and large venues.
This position is ideal for a seasoned paralegal or legal operations professional with experience handling high volumes of confidential, detailed documents in a remote or hybrid legal setting.
Key Responsibilities
Document & Project Support
- Final proofreading and formatting of deliverables with a focus on clarity and accuracy
- Transcribe and archive meeting recordings and transcripts
- Draft and prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and supporting materials
- Conduct research and organize information for client deliverables
- Maintain and manage confidential client documentation
Executive & Team Support
Liaise with executives to support scheduling, meeting prep, and task trackingManage calendars, communications, and deadline workflowsSchedule and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Teams and OutlookOccasionally assist with shipping or small project logisticsClient Interface & Portal Management
Manage document portal : receive, organize, summarize, and communicate dataCoordinate directly with clients regarding documentation mattersAttend virtual meetings and draft accurate summaries or minutesPreferred Experience
5+ years in a paralegal or executive legal support roleExperience in law firms or regulated industriesBachelor's degree and ABA-approved paralegal certification (preferred)Experience with confidential, high-volume document managementRequired Skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Teams, Asana, Adobe Pro DC, and EgnyteStrong proofreading, formatting, and communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesDiscretion, professionalism, and strong time management
