Job descriptionImplement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA Record and report client progress and behaviors Assist clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment Communicate effectively with team members, families, and clients On-boarding documents Resume Up-to-date Negative TB Test Credentialing documentation / state requirements Minimum of HS Diploma proof and transcripts Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
