Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2

Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Services Manager 2 for UNC Hospitals. This is a 900+ bed academic medical center located in central North Carolina, and is the flagship hospital of UNC Health Care. This second shift (2 : 00pm start time) role will oversee a fast-paced, patient-centered environment with direct supervision over a team of 25. The ideal candidate will have a history of managing at a major medical facility, a history of overseeing multiple buildings, a track record of proven leadership skills, and the ability to coach, develop, and lead a group of highly-skilled managers.

What You\'ll Do

• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;
• effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and / or
• support an inclusive workforce.
