The Server is responsible for providing a 5-star memorable dining experience, through top-notch guest service and attention to detail. They also ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages in a friendly and positive manner.

Pay : $8.98 / hour

Responsibilities :

  • Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, making menu recommendations and upselling throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables and provide attentive, personalized service.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and service stations.

    • Experience :

  • Minimum 1 year similar experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment

    • Required Skills :

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to pass server training and validation
  • Must be neatly dressed and well groomed in clean Company uniforms at all times.
  • Must be able to operate P.O.S. computer, make change correctly, and make credit card transactions.
  • Must be able to effectively card all guests who appear under the age of 30 for alcohol purchases.
  • Adherence to Company alcoholic beverage policies.
  • Adherence to all Company and Safety Policies and Procedures.
  • Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate in English.

    • Physical Demands :

  • Must be able to walk and stand for hours at a time. Lift and carry up to 10-30lbs.
