We have partnered with a growing equipment rental and supply company serving the maritime and industrial markets is seeking a detail-oriented Rental Coordinator in the Spanish Fort, AL area. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enter and process all rental contracts, agreements, and billing with accuracy.
• Serve as a contact for customers, resolving delivery or billing issues, and maintaining clear communication.
• Track equipment rentals in and out of the system to ensure accurate records.
