Trade Compliance Sr. Analyst

Bell’s Global Trade Compliance department is seeking an innovative, analytical teammate with a global mindset to join our team as a Trade Compliance Sr. Analyst – Customs. This position partners with key stakeholders providing import guidance to ensure compliance with U.S. regulations while enabling successful international business activities.

In this role, you will continuously improve Bell’s global trade program through automation, process streamlining, training, risk assessments, etc. The Trade Compliance Sr. Analyst must demonstrate deep understanding of the various regulations governing global trade and is responsible for reviewing import transactions to ensure compliance with Customs and Participating Government Agency requirements. The Analyst will also assess and pursue opportunities to reduce Bell’s annual tariff expenses.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead in developing / updating company policy and procedures related to import compliance.
• Design, document, implement, and maintain systems to qualify products / transactions for tariff reductions under special trade programs.
• Maintain required records.
• Manage Bell's Customs brokers and freight forwarders.
• Perform audits / self-assessments.
• Present global trade related training materials
