We’re offering a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for new CNA hires!

Responsibilities :

Provide direct resident care under the supervision of the nursing staff.

Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.

Support the emotional and behavioral needs of residents within the Behavioral Health Unit.

Monitor and report any changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans.

Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all residents and staff.

Qualifications :

Active Pennsylvania CNA license (required)

Experience in a behavioral or psychiatric setting preferred, but not required

Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills

Compassionate and committed to providing quality resident care
