Solutions Consultant

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to support the Guidewire and My Book / My Referral digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical, process, and training support for Guidewire and My Book / My Referral applications

Coordinate and facilitate monthly educational sessions and refresher training for business units

Collaborate with IT partners to diagnose technology issues and communicate necessary fixes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in the Insurance or Operations area, or a High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience

Project management experience

Experience with insurance underwriting technology applications, particularly Guidewire

Property and casualty insurance experience

Training and meeting facilitation experience
