Position Overview

As a Business Management Trainee , you will participate in a structured, hands-on training program designed to prepare you for leadership roles within our organization. You will gain real-world experience by supporting outreach campaigns, coordinating events, mentoring team members, and assisting with daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive leadership and business development training
• Coordinate and manage community outreach events, including logistics and staffing
