About the Role

As a Senior CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) Engineer at Fluidstack, you will spearhead the design, development, and rollout of high-efficiency, scalable, and sustainable data-center campuses worldwide. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will ensure our facilities meet demanding cloud-scale requirements while aligning with cutting-edge architectural practices, sustainability goals, and regional codes.

Focus

• Campus and building planning : create holistic site masterplans and individual building layouts
• Due-diligence leadership : interpret studies and assign actions that satisfy project needs
• Architectural design ownership : guide concept-to-commissioning design of large-scale data centers
• Lifecycle oversight : track architectural quality and cost metrics from kickoff through turnover
• Sustainability champion : drive energy-efficient, low-carbon design strategies
• Global program management : coordinate multi-site, multi-region builds on schedule
• Cross-discipline integration : align architecture with electrical, mechanical, structural, network, controls, and operations teams
• Vendor and contractor alignment : ensure all architectural systems meet Fluidstack safety, quality, and performance standards
• Primary decision maker : serve as the authority for architectural questions, engaging senior leadership and stakeholders
• Regulatory compliance : confirm designs adhere to local, state, federal, and environmental requirements
• Standards development : refine design guidelines for consistency across Fluidstack's portfolio
