$60,000.00 / yr - $82,000.00 / yr

Location : Onsite St.Cloud, MN (ATS HQ)

As a Digital Content Specialist, you'll play a central role in helping driver recruiting grow and thrive by creating content that addresses the real fears, worries, and questions drivers have when choosing a carrier to drive for. What You'll Do

• Create content that speaks directly to drivers' biggest goals, concerns, and questions building trust before hire and reinforcing confidence for those already driving with us.
• Produce and optimize content across blogs, landing pages, email, and beyond meeting an ambitious publishing cadence.
• Dig into analytics every day to measure performance, refine strategy, and ensure content is answering the right questions.
• Stay ahead of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI-driven changes so ATS continues to show up in the right places at the right time as the most trusted carrier to drive for.
• Train with technical SEO / GEO experts and immediately apply what you learn.
• Collaborate with recruiters, drivers, and internal experts to bring stories to life, answer questions, and bring authentic driver voices forward.
