Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nightlife Hospitality Manager atThe Ainsworth in Hoboken, NJ. The Nightlife Hospitality Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, coordinate events, and ensure top-notch customer experiences, most importantly curate and manage the night life for this location.
The Ainsworth Hoboken has been a great neighborhood staple in Hoboken since 2016. With a well established brunch dinner crowd.
We believe the next step of evolution for this location is nightlife. We are looking for a night life manager with experience to hire curate and train a night life team including promoters to create another revenue block 10PM to close on thursday, friday, saturday nights as well as dinner parties and holiday parties.
This position is a highly commission and bonus based position with options for profit sharing on these night life based revenue streams.
We are looking for someone with the experience to take on Hoboken Nightlife and take the Ainsworth Hoboken to the next level.
