Responsibilities
- The All-Source Analysis (General Support) shall provide general military intelligence analysis and organizational expertise dealing with threats to the US Army / DoD interests worldwide.
- Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from HUMINT, IMINT, OSINT, MASINT, GEOINT, etc., to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues that are regional or functional in nature.
- Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
- Conduct all-source research and threat analysis of CI, CT, force protection, and information operations of foreign military forces and their operations, capabilities, activities and trends to support all-source intelligence and threat production, particularly in areas of threats to US Army and DoD equities.
- Provide support to CI investigations through liaison with Counterintelligence Agents and other DoD and IC members.
- Provide record checks, data research and social networking analysis using intelligence and law enforcement databases and search engines.
- Provide in-depth research regarding biographical intelligence to aid investigations, support subject interviews, and case development.
- Conduct research, digital mapping programs and research tools, including OSINT and classified searches.
- Analyze intelligence information to assess developments, trends, and threat through knowledge of intelligence analysis tradecraft, forecasting, and other analytical methodologies.
- Analyze terrorist and FIE threats to US Army Forces, programs and operations.
- Provide recommendations on techniques and innovative methods employed in threat analysis and protection.
- Research and analyze military, political, economic, technical and other developments within assigned areas to conduct valid threat assessments.
- Identify intelligence gaps and assist in the development of intelligence collection programs.
- Advise team leaders and chain of command on intelligence findings.
- Plan, coordinate, and synthesize research to prepare all-source intelligence products and responses.
- Ensure products fulfill DA, DoD, and national–level intelligence requirements.
- Brief intelligence assessments and positions to senior ACIC personnel.
- Develop recommendations regarding the development and maintenance of SOPs for assigned tasks.
- Assess information from IC-wide reporting elements to de-conflict information and address requirements.
- Produce technical analysis white papers and presentations in support of ongoing investigations to identify intelligence gaps and leads.
- Answer production requirements and RFIs; identify intelligence gaps and write consumer evaluations of raw reporting; prepare and present briefings related to assigned areas of responsibility.
- Produce analysis white papers and presentations from historical investigations.
- Conduct investigative trend analysis to help Government leadership focus investigative resources.
- Produce analytical information reports from reviews of investigative and IC database searches in support of ongoing national security investigations and insider threat reports.
Required Qualifications / skills
Minimum education and years of experience requirements :High School Diploma : 30 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.Associates Degree : 24 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.Bachelors Degree : 22 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.Masters Degree or higher : 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.A minimum of a bachelor's degree andExperience as a civilian or military all-source intelligence analystCompleted a foundational intelligence analyst course such as a DoD Intelligence Analyst Course, All-Source Intelligence Analyst MOS, DHS Basic Intelligence and Threat Analysis Course, ODNI Analysis 101, or a Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) certification.Must have at least eight (8) years of experience in one or more of the following areas :Regional experience in one or more of the following areas : China, Iran, North Korea, RussiaORFunctional experience in Threat Finance, Cyber Intelligence Analysis.Experience as all-source intelligence analyst in planning, collection, and implementation of all disciplines across the full spectrum of operations to support national defense.Proven track record of fusing multidisciplined tools and databases for all-source analysis production.Equal Opportunity Celestar Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
