POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Full Stack Developer at Chariot Energy, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to create exceptional user experiences and deliver robust solutions.

This position is located in Houston, TX, and the ideal candidate will be within commutable distance of the Houston office location.

Responsibilities

• Front-End Development : Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to implement user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces, including seamless mobile interfaces.
• Front-End Development : Integrate authentication mechanisms in web applications using tools such as MSAL with Azure AD B2C and / or Microsoft Entra ID / External ID, ensuring secure and scalable user identity management across various user flows.
• Front-End Development : Contribute to UX strategy by prototyping interactive concepts, refining user flows, and providing feedback on design iterations balancing aesthetics with usability and business goals.
• Back-End Development : Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems using C# and Azure technologies, with a focus on server-side processing, database interactions, and enterprise-grade system architecture.
• Back-End Development : Build and integrate complex stored procedures and T-SQL operations within Azure SQL / Microsoft SQL Server, applying database best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
• Back-End Development : Actively participate in peer code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable backend code.
• Back-End Development : Leverage Azure DevOps for full lifecycle management, including version control (Git), CI / CD pipeline automation, testing, monitoring, and cloud deployments across Azure infrastructure.
• Back-End Development : Ensure secure, high-availability cloud applications by integrating authentication / authorization mechanisms, real-time monitoring (Application Insights), to maintain reliability of cloud services.
• Back-End Development : Demonstrate analytical problem-solving capability with strong analytical skills.
• Back-End Development : Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and work toward a shared goal.
• Communication and Agility : Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills and a self-starter mindset, with willingness to modify the role to meet business needs.
