Automotive Executive Assistant – Kirkwood, Mo.

The Chris Auffenberg Group is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant at its headquarters in Kirkwood, Mo. You will need exceptional organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

This role is responsible for :

• Proactively manage and maintain the Presidents calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
• Handling confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of professionalism at all times.
• Answering phone calls, replying to emails, and keeping the lines of communication open.
• Daily sales reports and tracking
• Maintaining regular communication with the General managers at our 7 locations throughout Missouri & Illinois.
