What Youll Do

• Represent a company customers can trust to care about their homes and businesses.
  
  
• Identify new business opportunities while building strong relationships with existing clients.
  
  
• Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions that truly meet their needs.
  
  
• Negotiate fair agreements that create value for both customers and the company.
  
  
• Track leads and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  
  
• Travel throughout your territory (personal vehicle required).
  
  
• Work one Saturday a month (9am1pm) to connect with more customers.
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Previous outside sales experience (pest control or related industry a plus).
  
  
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  
  
• A positive attitude, persistence, and a genuine desire to help people.
  
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  
  
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  
  
• High school diploma or GED required.
