Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, three community hospitals and the regions largest multispecialty group. Our flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate. We are seeking Internal Medicine Physicians to join our team at our South Hadley Adult Medicine location.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS :

Enjoy 1 : 1 medical assistant support, nurse triage (days, nights and 1st call), onsite lab, behavioral health network integration, and direct access to our large multispecialty group.

State-of-the-art EMR and strong tech support.

Flexible schedule. Full time and part time work is available. Full time consists of 32 patient facing hours.

Compensation : The compensation ranges below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidates relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

Salary Range : $250,000-$315,000

Qualifications : ABMS BE or BC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Med / Peds.
