We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop knowledge of personal lines insurance and provide exceptional service to our members.
Responsibilities :
- Maximize sales potential by handling member inquiries, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and providing expert advice on insurance products.
- Develop strong relationships with members to consistently provide complete and accurate advice and solutions for their insurance needs.
- Efficiently operate in a contact center environment and navigate multiple systems and programs while maintaining engaging member interactions across multiple channels.
- Maintain required licenses and state registrations.
- Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to prioritize and multi-task, navigating through multiple business applicationsAbility to apply knowledge and understanding of insurance regulatory and compliance requirementsAcquire necessary licenses and state registrations within 90 days of hireBenefits
This role offers a comprehensive training program, including all necessary materials, hands-on experience, and instructor-led guidance. You will also have the opportunity to work remotely 2 days a week and enjoy a shift differential of 15% for weekday hours worked after 6 : 00 pm local time and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday.
