Job descriptionMinimum 1 year of LPN clinical experience Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Tennessee or compact state). CPR / BLS certification required. Strong assessment, communication, and emergency-response skills. Ability to work evening shifts and every other weekend. Knowledge of HIPAA, infection control, and standard precautions. Clinical skills : medication administration, wound care, vitals, injections, specimen collection Patient care and ADL support Critical thinking and problem-solving Professionalism and confidentiality Active listening and interpersonal communication Computer literacy and medical documentation Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations Employee assistance programs Weekly pay Continuing Education Referral bonus
